You are responsible for activities performed through your account.

We may suspend access if misuse, abuse, fraud, or security risk is detected.

You may use generated outputs for interview prep and job-search support. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.

Do not submit unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing content through AI features.

We may apply usage controls or limits to protect service reliability and prevent abuse.

You retain ownership of content you upload or enter (such as resumes, job descriptions, and notes).

You grant JobTrackfy a limited license to process this content solely to operate and improve the service.

Paid plans renew automatically according to your selected billing cycle unless canceled before renewal.

Prices, features, and plan limits may change with notice.

Refund handling follows applicable law and any plan-specific terms shown at checkout.

Extension functionality is limited to product features you initiate.

You may not use the extension to scrape unauthorized data, violate platform rules, or perform unlawful collection.

You may not misuse the platform, disrupt operations, reverse engineer protected systems, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not use JobTrackfy for spam, fraud, or harmful automated activity.

JobTrackfy is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect output accuracy, or specific hiring outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobTrackfy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to amounts paid by you to JobTrackfy in the preceding 12 months, where permitted.

You may stop using the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, legal requirements, or security reasons.

We may update these terms to reflect legal, product, or operational changes.

Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
